The OMEGA LD701 Series non-contact linear displacement sensors have an analog output that is proportional to the target distance. These sensors utilize inductive technology, making them capable of sensing any metal target. Actual sensing distance, however, is influenced by the metal target.

The LD701 Series sensor's design is compact, yet rugged and its insensitivity to dirt, dust and oils, makes it an ideal choice for industrial use.
